About Course

The Leverage Mindset: From Doing More to Making More Happen is a practical course for people who are good at their jobs but stuck doing more of the same work. You clear your list every day, and the real problem is still there.

This course shows you how to get more results from the same effort. You will learn to tell busy work from real results, find the step that slows everything down, and fix problems at the right level: make a standard, automate it, hand it off, build something reusable, prevent it from coming back, turn information into decisions, and take ownership of problems nobody owns.

There are 10 short chapters. Each one teaches one idea in plain words, shows it in a simple example, asks you one question, and ends with a lesson learned and three steps to try at work that week. A short quiz closes each chapter. A final project puts it all together on your own work.

The examples follow six people on a small team at UCJersey Medical Center, a fictional hospital, so you can see each idea work in real life. The ideas apply to any job, team, or business.
